My name is Amanda. In this area I will provide a brief description as to how Elegant Glim began. I won't go into extensive details on this page however, I am more than happy to discuss my experience in full detail if you reach out to me directly via email, social media, or the chat box at the bottom of the page.

At the age of 25, I was diagnosed, treated, and then under went surgery for "Endometrial Cancer". Unfortunately, the disease had taken over all of my reproductive organs, (minus my right Ovary), as well as my cervix.

7 months post surgery, I was diagnosed with a severe "Ovarian Cyst" that began to "twist" on the only reproductive organ that I had left (this meant emergency surgery or I would lose my life).

As I was recovering from the second surgery, I noticed how how horribly broken out I was, and my hair just kept getting thinner. NOTHING was working! How many chemicals (I couldn't pronounce) were in my soaps & hair care that didn't even work? Due to my hormones or lack there of, I should say, I was broken out horribly, with ridiculously dry itchy skin, quickly thinning hair, & nothing worked! So I began making MY OWN SKIN/HAIR CARE LINE.

I deemed it would always stay Botanical, Vegan, and Handmade, using only the best of Natural, Organic, & Vegan, Salts, Clay's, Florals, Oils, and other additives because I don't want anyone else to experience what I had, Regardless of the form it may appear in. I use the products on my son as well and he loves them!
